Kansans for Health Freedom Inc. is a 501c4 nonprofit mobilizing Kansans from all different political, lifestyle, and belief spectrums to stand together for freedom to make our own medical decisions and live healthy lives.

Our Mission
To uphold and defend parental, religious, and individual rights.
To mobilize the grassroots of Kansas to support our constitutional rights to health freedom and full informed consent.
To uphold the Nuremberg Code, an international law that insists absolutely on the freedom to accept or deny any medical procedure or intervention.
To acknowledge accountability of entities that, through neglect or coercion, contributed to avoidable injury and/or death.
We Believe…
All Kansans should be given proper informed consent, which implies full transparency and an evaluation of all risks and benefits of any healthcare intervention.
All Kansans should have the right to make healthcare decisions for themselves and their families.
Healthcare is not one-size-fits-all.
Health decisions belong solely in the hands of individuals and families, not the government.
Vaccine injury is real.
Personal experience is more than anecdotal emotionalism; it is valuable data.
Our Concerns
More than 54% of American children are suffering from one or more chronic illnesses. (1)
Many states are losing their right to opt out of vaccines, a medical procedure. (2)
Vaccine manufacturers are not held liable for their product (per the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act). (3)
Over 4.9 billion dollars have been paid out since 1986 in compensation for vaccine injuries and deaths. (4)
Line 13.1 of every vaccine insert states: “has not been evaluated for carcinogenic or mutagenic potential, or for impairment of fertility.” (5 - DTaP example)
After the 1986 NCVI Act was passed, the Secretary of HHS was required to submit a biannual report to Congress detailing what improvements in vaccine safety were made in the preceding two years. They have never once submitted a report to Congress. (6)
Vaccines are not tested against the gold standard of medicine: a double-blind randomized saline placebo-controlled trial. (7)
Vaccines contain many concerning ingredients such as aborted fetal cell DNA, aluminum, formaldehyde (a known neurotoxin), and other toxic substances like Polysorbate 80. (8)
